Honeycomb Slip Stitch

This is an easy stitch which goes fast and produces a very nice pattern.

Cast on an odd number of stitches (I use 27 stitches for the 7″ squares)

Row 1: Knit

Row 2: K 1, *Slip 1, K1, repeat from * to end of row

Row 3: Knit

Row 4: *Slip 1, K1, K1 repeat from * to end of row

Repeat these 4 rows for pattern
